Not at all supportive. No cleaning. Caretaker was also very rude.

Highly impatient. I stayed for 3 days but didn’t send anyone for room cleaning. Have not kept the tissues as well. Water purifier wasn’t working.

No food .. manage frm outside .. nice property .. With all required amenities .. cooperative staff .. cleaning not done regularly by them.. need to tell them to do it every time ..but they do it if asked .. limited staff limited timings for service. .. rest everything very good ..!! would recommend for people who want to cook their own food .. !! personally I enjoyed cooking for myself and had a grt time ..!!

Bedsheets had strains and when we asked the caretaker to change, he just said it’s changed regularly, though it was not changed for 3 days of our stay. The studio apartment had proper kitchen utensils. More toiletries could have been provided, there was no handwash in the washroom.

Yesterday they have misguided about different property checking and that caused issue with rickshaw driver still we have settled again at night they provided the mattress and mattress we never even ask our servant to sleep on it. Tried contacting your property manager he switched off his phone and local person who was in assist keep on saying i can’t do anything talk to manager. Now today they offer us to shifting to actual property we were ready with ug of the property and they told no go back to same. We are not here for such a setup and bad experience. Offering free breakfast is not we are here for. This is totally wrong.
