The rooms were according to the pictures posted on the make my trip site. They were just posted to fool the customers. Basic amenities like bath towels, water and toiletries were not provided. Very low standards of maintenance.

Location rooms were terrible and mosquito in the room whole night we were not able to sleep caz of those mosquito

This property Pics are around 10 years back now there is no cleanliness, damaged furniture, full of bad smell so we went to other property hotel person denied refund also

I booked and had a terrible experience. Despite multiple calls, no one answered, and when i arrived, the receptionist seemed like he had just woken up. The room had no soap, the tv remote was broken, and the mosquito repellent was empty. There was no phone in the room to request help. During checkout, the receptionist tried to leave a five-star review on my phone without my permission. Overall, poor service and a frustrating stay.

Property is located at prime location, that’s the best part. Rest is pathetic, property looks like a lodge. No standard hospitality, poor maintenance, basic amenities are missing. There were insects, bad and messy washrooms, shady interiors. Won’t recommend this to families.

Place is good, but it was smelling alcohol in corridors in the evening so a deterrent to stay with family

I have come back to this place 55 law-sons bay after 5 years with my family and i find the same kind of comfort as i stayed last time. The rooms are refurbished with new installed acs, curtains and etc. The bathrooms are clean with modern fittings and are well maintained. The number of rooms are limited with 10, as i guess as there is little place to add more. The surroundings are neat and clean. The staff are very courteous and helpful. The owner mr. Srikanth takes special interest and is there himself most of the time ensuring the guests have a comfortable stay. The major plus of this place is that it is very close to the ramakrishna beach, vuda park, cable car, downtown and etc. The only drawback is that there is no arrangement of any kind of food in the property. Only soft drinks, juices, water, soda and etc. Are available at a price. However, a very well - known and a popular chain of hotels and restaurant called “kamat” which serves very good vegetarian / non vegetarian is situated bang opposite the property. In a nutshell, we really had a very comfortable and enjoyable stay and will certainly visit again if we come to vizag.
