The toilet was not clean, no toiletries, no lift, dirty bedsheet, no pillow cover and dirty pillow, When I asked for change bedsheet and a pillow cover the staff told me they give in some time and I asked again then they told me they have no pillow cover. staff behaviour is also not good, i am not recommending to any one to book this hotel, because in this price we deserve much better facilities.

Pathetic hotel

I had a terrible experience at this hotel and would not recommend it to anyone. The room was dirty and unhygienic - the bed sheet, quilt, and pillow covers were clearly not cleaned. There was no mobile network inside the room, making it impossible to stay connected. Despite having paid for breakfast during booking, the hotel refused to provide it, To make matters worse • The hotel name listed on MakeMyTrip was different from the actual name, causing confusion during check-in. • There was no clear location or signage, making it hard to find. • No amenities were provided as promised. • The staff was uncooperative and rude, showing no intention to resolve any issues. Overall, this was a pathetic experience. The service was poor, the cleanliness was nonexistent, and the management was irresponsible. I strongly advise others to stay away from this place.
