We’re truly sorry to hear that your experience didn’t meet expectations, Mr. Agrawal. Our “Property Details” section mentions that we offer a cottage as part of a family-run homestay rather than a hotel, and we understand this may not have been clear at the time of booking. Your check-in happened during the peak summer in Goa, so it was naturally warm on arrival. We did coordinate with your sister and her husband—whom the booking was for—and moved them to another room where they seemed comfortable and satisfied. We value your feedback and will use it to keep improving for future guests.
