Radisson Hotel Delhi MG Road

While booking thru MMT we have specially chosen swimming pool and ths hotel comes in th list. We had immediately chosen ths chain as radisson is a big name. One day before th reservation we tried to call the hotel on th given numbers bt everytime the call went unanswered. We got to knw thru mail tht th swimming pool is nt operational neither thr spa or gym. Th only thng whch is operational is room and th restaurant. The staff lacks courteousness . However th gate staff (guards etc.) was well trained. Th restaurent staff was also very polite. Only th staff at th reception area was as cold as ice. They kept talking among thmselves even whn th guests are sitting or standing nearby. Our whole stay got spoiled as we hv planned to spend my bday at th hotel bt only due to these thngs we decided not to extend our stay at radisson MG rd , Delhi.

I had a truly wonderful experience at Radisson Hotel, MG Road, Delhi. The hospitality and service stood out right from the moment I checked in. The staff were warm, attentive, and always willing to help with a smile. A big thank you to the entire team for making my stay memorable—I’d definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Delhi!
