1. It's closely connected to the main road but the 3 min approach road to this property is disaster. Internal road is very bad. One can easily get lost thinking there is no way to reach this property. 2. There is no private swimming pool. 1 jacuzzi is there but not in working condition. Otherwise there is common pool. Pool is not maintained at all. 3. Care taker is not assigned for this property solely. He is common caretaker for all the bungalow within that property so you have to call him every-time you need him. 4. Not enough utensils available to cook or even to make tea. 5. There is construction work go-in on around so parking is also a big problem. 6. Rooms are big enough but limited mattress n pillows available. 7. There was some electricity tripping problem due to which 2 room were non functional and we had to use mattress in hall area as lights, ac, fan were not working. 8. Caretaker ayush was good as he brought all required stuff from market but he was available only on calls. 9. There is no cook in this bungalow. 10. There is only 1 room on ground floor n 2 rooms on first floor so not a good choice if there are senior citizens with you 11. Only 1 bathroom on ground floor that too in the bedroom an no common bathroom in the hall so in case anyone is using hall room for sleeping will have to go to the bedroom during night for using washroom. 12. Private jacuzzi is not maintained properly. 13. Common sink, in the hall was not functioning as water was clogging frequently.
