Hotel O Urvashi Palace

We had booked the hotel room and when i called on the day of booking to tell them we are checking in late, they first of all did not pick up the phone whole day and finally when they did the guy says rather rudely that they are fully booked and to not come to their hotel at all. I told him that we had booked through mmt and he says you may book from anywhere but we dont have any rooms for you. Called up mmt customer care and told them of the issue and thankfully they had an even better room for me within 30 mins in a different hotel. But the audacity to speak to a customer like this!

Hotel change at last moment and parking facility and breakfast not given by the hotel that was included during booking time

All the room are under ground and dumping site you see whenever you open the your door, there is not even single window in this room and outsider drunker persion annoying you always, staff are very rudely.
