Terrible Stay

After booking in make my trip the host didn't check the availability and confirmed the booking when we reached the place he told us rooms not available and told us not to cancel through make my trip since they will not refund and he told he will refund the money. Last minute he booked some other stay and he asked us to pay extra money and assured he will give money but we didn't receive it yet. If we try to call back he blocked us. His number is switched off.
