Feedback for mr. Brown's hospitality pros 1. Convenient location, easily reachable. 2. Nearby restaurants available with home delivery services. 3. Stunning view from the homestay room. Cons 1. Carpets need cleaning. 2. Living room's single sofa cover is torn. 3. Dining table sofa cushions are damaged. 4. Cloth hanger in the last room is broken, making it difficult to hang clothes while bathing. 5. Flush tanks fill very slowly, requiring a 5 to 7-minute wait for the next use. 6. Indoor lighting in the rooms could be improved. However mr. Brown's hospitality was exceptionally warm and welcoming. He was highly responsive to all our queries, assisted us in booking a taxi, and went out of his way to help unload our luggage and carry it to the homestay.

It was an excellent homestay at Anand Nilaya. Brown was amazing host. Rooms are very spacious and with you will feel the pure air in lush green surroundings

I had a wonderful stay with my family at this beautiful homestay. The room was incredibly spacious, featuring two king-size bedrooms and a well-maintained garden surrounding the property. The location was ideal, situated near Madikeri market, with easy access by auto or personal vehicle. As a homestay, the kitchen was fully equipped with all necessary accessories. Wi-Fi facilities were also provided, ensuring we stayed connected throughout our stay. What truly made our experience special was the friendly nature of the owner. Overall, I highly recommend this homestay to anyone seeking a comfortable and memorable stay in Madikeri.

This place is nothing less than a 5 star property. Staying here feels like Royal experience at such a huge homestay of approx 2000sq ft and such a nicely managed garden, room, kitchen. Host is also extremely helpful and easily approachable. This place is best homestay you can get in Coorg.

I've booked for 3 days. My we were 5 members including my 2 yr old daughter. It was really comfortable to stay here. Mr. Brown was there while checking in and he was very helpful and was available all the time over the phone. We ordered dinner from them for 1 day and it was good. I will definitely suggest this homestay if you are traveling with your family and you need spacious and clean rooms.

It was a very nice stay at anand nilaya, coorg. The property is very neat and clean and well maintained. Also the property is very close to the city of coorg, near madekari. Recommended to others who want to stay relaxed. The care taker and owners authorised person is very supportive and good as person.
