Poor quality hotel

Quality was not good. Hotel washroom not good. No hot water, dirty rooms.

Dear Mr.Ravikumar, first of all please note:- check-inn timming is 1:00 pm, you reached at my property at 06:00 AM, That too without informing about early arrival, however as per request we provide you an alternate recent check-out apartment for fresh-up, even your booked apartment was allotted to you by 10:00 AM, which was properly cleaned washroom, with geyser in the bathroom. We request you please do not misguide other travelers by writing such fake reviews, Thank you for staying with us. Best Regards.
