Subject: complaint regarding unsatisfactory experience with property booking mirashya homes goa dear makemytrip team, i am writing to express my dissatisfaction with my recent booking experience. Firstly, the location provided by the property was completely incorrect. I spent nearly an hour trying to locate the property and had to contact the makemytrip support team for assistance. After significant effort and inconvenience, i finally managed to reach the property. While the property itself was well-maintained, the service provided by the owner was extremely disappointing. Despite breakfast being included in my booking, it was not provided, nor did the owner even inquire about it. Additionally, there was ongoing construction work around the property, which caused considerable disturbance and inconvenience during my stay. As a loyal customer of makemytrip, this has been a deeply unsatisfactory experience. This is the second consecutive time i have faced such issues. If such problems persist, i will have no choice but to consider other platforms for my future bookings. I hope you will take this feedback seriously and ensure necessary actions are taken to prevent such occurrences in the future. Looking forward to your response. Sincerely, advait vyas
