The Cleanliness of the property was highly appreciated by guests. The Location was convenient for those with personal transport, but not so much for those without. The Amenities provided were well-maintained and had all the necessary modern facilities. Guests had a positive experience with the Host and found them to be responsive and helpful. The Staff was cooperative and efficient in taking care of the guests' needs. Overall, guests had a comfortable and enjoyable stay at the property.

• Cleanliness

  The property is genuinely clean and very tastefully designed. The house was clean. It’s worth the money. The place was so clean and well maintained. The rooms and living were very spacious and all had great balconies. The bathrooms were super clean and tidy with hot and cold water available at all times. The villa is exactly as it appears in the pictures and the kitchen and bathrooms are very well equipped with the latest amenities and fittings. The whole house is extremely spacious, fully loaded, spotlessly clean, and beautifully maintained. The house is clean, neat, and spacious.

• Location

  The location is great. The property is located close to the beach and very spacious space that can easily accommodate 7-10 pax. The villa is in a nice quiet neighborhood and is close to the beach. The location is serene and the ambiance is perfect for a holiday with friends or family. The property is little inside not on the main road and you might find it difficult to find the property. The villa is very good with amazing interiors and spacious with all amenities. The locality itself is very safe and peaceful and ideal for families or mixed groups looking to have a lovely South Goa experience close to the main road, supermarkets, and eateries. The house is perfect, and the Colva Beach is a mere 3 minutes drive away making it extremely easy to access the wonderful restaurants and nightlife that South Goa has to offer.

The villa is exactly as it appears in the pictures and the kitchen and bathrooms are very well equipped with the latest amenities and fittings. The rooms and amenities inside the villa are exactly as they are in the picture. The property is very well maintained and super clean. The villa is very good with amazing interiors and spacious with all amenities. The house is extremely spacious, fully loaded, spotlessly clean, and beautifully maintained. The bungalow houses a front yard and is so well maintained.

• Host

  Julie was a great host and was constantly in touch. Julie is amazing host. Julie and Chenoa were great hosts and kept a check on us during the entire stay and helped with finding good places to visit and stay. The host communicated important contacts well in advance. The hostess and the caretaker are super helpful. The caretaker Subodh is soft-spoken, extremely accommodating, and willing to fulfill your every request. The host provided us with all the required information on WhatsApp beforehand.

• Staff

  The attendant is very prompt and helpful. The caretaker Nandan was very helpful and responsive. The caretaker Bachchan was very efficient and polite. The caretaker Subodh was very cooperative and helpful during our entire stay. The help Mr. Bachchan is always there to help you out and gives you ideas and tips for visiting new places.
