Worst place to book

I booked the room. When I reached there they were asking for more money. Almost 200% of what we paid. So we decided to call Oyo. They told me that there is another place nearby, so we can stay there, with the same price and they will refund this amount. So we went to the other residency and ending up paying more there also. I still did not get any refund from Oyo for the booking.

The hotel is new. Clean and spacious room in deluxe category. But they can't provide you mineral water. If anyone wants to check in at late night then hotel couldn't provide mineral water and food. They provided me normal tap water that you can't drink. Next day morning they had given me bisleri bottle.
