I stayed at this The Hoften Sterling Plaza, Bangalore International Airport for the past two nights and had a good experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff was welcoming and professional. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything I needed for a relaxing stay. I especially appreciated the quiet atmosphere, comfy bed, great water pressure. The location is perfect – close to airport ( 15mins) and the amenities like breakfast and check-in/check-out was smooth and efficient. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable stay in the area.

Nice property, a few basic amenities to be added e. G. 1. Hand towel to be provided. 2. Tea stirrer must be there 3. Towel was torn. Should be checked before keeping in room. 4. Only 1 towel was there 5. Intercom directory must be there 6. Note book and pencil must be there 7. Shoe cleaner strip 8. Laundry price sheet and check list 9. Raw brown sugar in room tea materials 10. Inside door lock was not closing. Staff cooperation and attitude was very good

The staff was very courteous. Complimentary breakfast was good. The location was okay. I have two complaints 1. There was no whiskey glass available of the same size 2. Being a suit room there was no hair dryer
