Rooms are okay, no toilet paper in the washroom and when asked lady said rudely we will not provide. Refrigerator, exhaust not working. No toiletries and hand towel provided. Location is good.

Property was well maintained. Provide best value for money, checkin and check out process was smooth, full peace and privacy was maintained during my stay. No disturbance or nuisance.

Room was very clumsy, bedsheets they were having stains all over. Bed is not strong enough to handle two people. Cleaning is not done on time. Worst ever experience. Helper was good but the owner’s wife was rude

Staying at Octopus Apartment was a delightful experience. The location is excellent – serene and quiet, with a restaurant right next to the building and a liquor shop nearby. Baga, Calangute, and Anjuna beaches are conveniently located within 3-4km. The amenities mentioned in the hotel description were readily available. The host's flexibility, allowing an early and late check-in, was truly appreciated. Moreover, they accommodated our request to store luggage at the reception for later collection, which was incredibly helpful for our evening travel plans. The accommodation is budget-friendly, and both the room and bathroom were impeccably clean. I highly recommend this hotel for couples or families seeking a comfortable stay.

Location of property is good, you can find eateries near by. It's a peaceful area, e ear to baga beach. Overall good stay.

The property is as seen as in the pictures. We had a descent stay in octopus luxury appartment. It is 2-4 kms away from the popular beaches like baga, candulem, anjuna etc. Best budget stay in this price. Overall a well maintained descent stay with budget.

Clean rooms and bathrooms equipped with the required appliances (ac, mini fridge and geyser. No interference from the owner and he was also supportive regarding late checkout.

Our stay at octopus is excellent, the cleanness and other facilities are also good and the best thing is it's situated close to baga beach and other visiting places and also from mapusa bus stand.
