Nice hotel, stay, food and overall economics

Good room and great swimming pool. Food was fantastic and excellent hospitality and service provided by Neeraj and team. Room service was prompt and Jain food availability was a major advantage. Both breakfast and dinner were great, thanks to both the chefs Gopal and Avinash for preparing varities of Jain food for us.

Overall, very good experience, food was a bit pricey. Staff were very good and helpful. Also there is a facility to keep the luggage even after checkout, which was really helpful for the people who have to check out early, but they have to take the transportation later after sometime.

Excellent stay but limited food options

Our stay was excellent and this was our 2nd stay at this hotel. We had opted for dinner in our plan but options in diner were very much limited and vanities were also too less. Otherwise great service from all the staff members are very good and polite.

The hotel stay was overall average. Upon our arrival, we found RO bottles in the room; however, when we inquired, the staff explained they don't use plastic, but they started providing Bisleri bottles from the next day. The room service food was excellent, though it was chargeable, which is typical for hotels. Conversely, while the buffet food was good, the coffee and tea were disappointing as they were only lukewarm and not hot enough. Despite this, the behavior of the staff was excellent. A major drawback was finding a small cockroach in the room. My main piece of advice for the management is to provide proper bedding for the extra bed, as I had to sleep directly on the floor with just the mattress. Overall, the experience was average.

Good and confirmable stay except food

Rooms are very clean and property is very good. Food is not good, very less options in breakfast. While staying at hotel, lift was smell very bad. Didn’t expect such things in this hotel. Except food everything was good.

Poor Stay

I would rate the rooms for sure bad as it wasn't well maintained ,floor was damp and so were the walls, also all 5 days same menu for breakfast, only one dish use to change rest all use to be the same ,as it was Accor group hotel I really expected it to be one but surely disappointed ,look liked Accor group just picked up a property and le liya chalane k liye other wise nothing like IBIS

IBIS Calangute excellent resort for family tour.

Property is excellent, food is good, staff is very polite and helpful. Should add Indian sweets in the Buffet Desert section like Gulab jamun , barfi etc. also should keep one non veg soup.
