I was on a business trip for 2 nights.. The stay was comfortable, all the staff were polite, humble and helpful. The ambience, food and the overall property was I stayed at the Hotel Silver Cloud for 2 nights and the experience was excellent. The stay was very comfortable, all the staff were polite, humble, and extremely helpful. The ambience of the property is pleasant, the food was good, and the overall aesthetics of the property were impressive. Highly recommended!

Best experience, must visit if you want river view, Hospitality too is Best, Neglect those negative reviews, because I didn’t found any such thing. Only thing is... food is a bit costly.

Decent Stay The rooms are good and clean. But some modernization and upgrade required as room interiors look old. Staff were helpful and good.
