No need discount next time i dont want book hotel on makemytrip. I want full amount. No need of discount

Not good in service, not available anybody on reception, phone not working, have not clean room, in room having moscitos. Cockroach, everything is damn bad

Absolutely atrocious experience. Was denied check in. Mm t customer care had me wait for hours while they suggested sub standard properties as alternatives. Had to escalate the issue to floor manager and finally after a few hours was able to get alternate stay.

Property location was gone room was clean and ac water was all over the room else was okay just there for a night

The room was very dirty, full of cockroaches. Staff is not working. They denied breakfast, even though mentioned in booking. No water bottle were provided on 2nd and 3rd day. Room's linen were so dirty and smelly very poor experience

Location is within the prime location of city with easy access to markets. Rooms are clean and hygiene. Service is excellent

Nice stay only you just need aadhar card for all person staying there. No packaged drinking water was provided.

They have given us worst basement room. Which as smelling badly

Weird rules like 1) no one can come to meet you in the room. 2) we will not accept a hard copy of the identity card, we will click the picture (may be misusing i'd) 3) we are not responsible for any booking made. I booked a room, they refused to give breakfast despite it was written in the booking voucher.

I booked on mmt before 2 days and when i went for check in they said rooms are full and they dint even bother to shift us in different hotel

Property is very attractive as it really is made like a mini haveli. Clean. Good service and rooms. Will do not hesitate to book again this one.

The room we get was but suffocating as its ventilation wire was broken, geyser was not working,

This is the worst experience i have ever had in a hotel. First of all they don't have professional staff. Staff behaviour is very bad and unprofessional. They don't know how to deal with guest because they all are illiterate and below 20years. Their rooms are very bad in condition. They don't change badsheet pillow cover and blanket cover. They try to adjust with previous covers. In room there was no soap, towel etc you have to ask for everything. They ll take soo much time for that and intercom was not working. Food was not available because their chef was on leave. Outside food is not allowed. They even don't clean the room after checkout. And the reason is that owner is not taking care of this property he is blindly trusting on his staff which is very bad because staff is very very bad and these boys are just little boys with no manners and experience. And the worst part was they took 300- from me in cash because i wanted to check in 30 minutes prior. However i have already paid my payment. They said you have to pay if you want to check in before time. So i would never recommend this hotel to anyone.

i have no issues with the hotel but as i entered they said that in this price we do not offer rooms i did my bookings beforehand and they are telling me to reach out to oyo they will provide me someother property i had to pay extra just because i booked a cab from airport and headed towards the hotel moreover they say that i paid just but reality is that i paid and i hve to charged extra after even after booking before. what u guys are thanking for ?terrible experience with oyo and booking procedures please don't attract customers with low price stick to words please
