Hotel O Cozy Home Stay

Terrible hotel, very poor management, smelly rooms. No hygienic, poor staff, bad clothes, no wifi, no tv, no drinkable water, no towels, such a waste of money.

Location was perfect and the scenery was so good

Don't stay its really bad. Many of the things didn't work.

The location was easy to find. The place was clean and all amenities were good. Had a good stay.

Good location. Having the view of the Valley and morning sunrise was amazing from the room.

Please wash the curtains.

Location is on road but the entrance is small so took some time to find obviously its a hill station roads were narrow, not an issue call them they will suggest you the way. Staff was good helped to find a parking space, room was small but had enough space for two. Washrooms were cleaned. Geyser gives you surprises, you need to call them for hot water. Food was extremely good and cheaper compared to the market and other hotels but limited food. Ok place but safe to stay. Thumbs-up for good work.

No internet connectivity, one or the least value of room is booked for MMT customer, where other room is more comfortable and also internet connectivity is there.

Nobody cares about somebody staying at their hotel. No wifi. No slippers. For hot water you need to call to on the geyser. Was allotted a room underground which was chilly and had no outer view for natural lighting.

Very average place to stay. Food was terrible. They refused to serve us dinner when we ordered. It was snowing the day we checked in and although it's mentioned in their room service that heaters would be provided at extra cost, they refused it to us. We called MMT and even they didn't help us. After 5 hours MMT spoke to the hotel, when I said I wanted to check out. All the other hotels provide heater as cold is unbearable. Avoid this place if possible. I had only booked it because it was MMT verified but am disgusted both by the hotel and MMT customer service.

Location is fantastic, just beside the clock tower in Mussoorie, though we have chosen non-view room, but you don't really need a view room, you will be getting it all day out in Mussoorie.

Small hotel, but clean and Worth the money paid

Excellent stay in Cozy home stay. Room was very clean and prosperous. Everyone is very cooperative. Specially hotel food was excellent taste like home made with restaurant touch.

This Homestay is located just near clock tower. And is on the main road to laal tibba and Dhanaulti. Nearby market and walking distance to picture palace bus stand and mall road. Great stay. Recommend.

We only planned to stay for one night at Mussoorie, so while we were about reach there we instantly booked Cozy Homestay, when we reached the staff welcomed us and showed our room, the room and bathroom, both were very tidy, presentable, and clean. The best part of the hotel is its location. It is at the center of the Mall Road and Lal Tibba view. Lal Tibba is only 3 km walk away and Mall Road is only 1 km away. A very convenient and reachable location. Also, their services are quick and they provide food, though we did not get a chance to try it. They serve a very good tea. Further, we chose the hill view room, which had a beautiful view and we got the chance to see the sunrise. Overall, an amazing and worthy stay. We stayed for 3 nights here afterwards as it was so convenient and we were willing to explore Mussoorie more.
