Improper major disappointment facilities : hot water, dining/restaurant, adequate quality linen(torn towel, no drinking water provided. To drink tea or coffee you have to walk about 1 km(the property doesn't provide this. Dinner cost per person is 1200. But this they say just because they want you to order or find yourself outside. For any other amenities asked, they will ask you to go to nearby saptha resorts. On enquiring the owner rudely replies, "amenities mentioned is as per verification by makemytrip inspection team. Not sure if how much bribe they sold themselves for to approve this property.

The stay does not have enough amenities. The service provided by the stay is not upto the mark

Though the location and view of the property was good but there was challenges in terms of room cleaning. We took two rooms and in both the rooms there were cockroaches on the bed and in cupboards. It was cleaned two times after making complain with the owner

Rooms were clean and good bathroom but no hot water its cold out there to take bath in that monsoon weather and tv was just for the sake

Not provided breakfast at proper time and tv was not working

We booked with breakfast, but we come to know no breakfast restaurant there.

The staff actually has very good behaviour. The view from the hotel is also very lovely.

We stayed for a day - view from balcony is scenic. Rooms were clean and support staff/receptionist was helpful. I will recommend the hotel.

this hotel is very terrible.1. there is no lift.2. there are no service boys to carry the luggage for multiple floors.3. their towels are worn.4. there is no generator and does not work 5. there is no electricity for 5 hours .6. tv didn't work. very very horrible experience.7. no ac available.8. half of their aminities doesn't exist or didn't work.
