We opted for luxury rooms with Balcony. it was Comfortable stay, Amazing view. Mr. Manager and staff were very cooperative . They arranged bonfire for all the guest on Saturday night. Food Quality was good however the options on breakfast was limited. Location is easily accessible. Mall Road is 15 minutes drive . Property is 3 side open so gives a decent view of Doon valley. Overall I would rate 8/10

Decent nothing extraordinary.

It was located at the very end of a very narrow road with a steep slope. Parking was highly congested. The room didn't have a working tv, i requested so many times about it but they didn't listen to it before 24 hours. Food was tasty but very limited options, nothing chefs special and shown in all the pics. For basic menu things like omlette we had to ask them again and again and their reply was that it is not on the menu. The artificial garden area was dirty and full of garbage. The check in and check out process was smooth. Overall worth it for the discounted price i paid.

Stay was just average overall. As they are some loop holes. The hot water in the bathroom is stopped from evening till morning 6 o clock after that hot water is provided. Only day time it is available. Just imagine being at a hill station we had to wash our face with chill water in evening. Plus the buffet breakfast is also average. Limited quantity n quality. I don't know how far hygiene is maintained. The lobby in which our rooms are allotted was getting some toilet smell in the lobby area all the two days. Have raised the issue there but it didn't solved. According to the price they charged we can get better facilities in other hotels. Green n breeze resort

Horrible experience

Room was smelly and dirty, crushed curtains with stains on it, we had stay a night here as we reached late in the night, food was tasteless and full of oil, kitchen was available only till 11pm, we had a small baby with us so if you need anything for the baby then it's not available as the kitchen gets closed, no electricity back up, lights went of due to rain and no backup was switched on, you can not even call the front office for any help in case of emergency as the phone in the room stopped working too, all in short it was a horrific experience.

The location of hotel is good but it's far away from mall road. Again in discription for delux room it was mentioned the valley face view room but they gave us ground floor room from where no valley could be seen its better to book standard room. We also felt as compared to property rates were high.
