This property doesn't fit in five star category. very old, bathroom below par with old fitting. I stayed in 5515. Buffet was good, but arrangement like 3 star. I had stayed in Marriot Kochi, Mumbai, Chandigarh, And Courtyard Marriot is some other location. Also, I had stayed in Fourpoints by Sherton in Visakhapatnam, it was very nice and appropriate. it was not up to 5 star, you shouldn't sell it at Five star rates. it was an old 3 star hotel converted to Fourpoints. Management didn't do any proper upgrade with the property. need to improve the standards. Many foreigner are staying there because of the name. Please make sure it is upgraded.

Misleading Property Listing: On MakeMyTrip, the property was shown as a 5 star Sheraton, but upon arrival, got to know it is 4 star property. I am not referring to customer reviews—I am pointing to a clear mismatch and misleading categorization. This is unacceptable and amounts to misrepresentation. The rooms were of poor quality, not even close to the standard of a Sheraton brand.No bell boy service was provided, which is basic hospitality. * Despite booking for 3 guests, the room had only 1 towel and not even basic amenities like a toothbrush. We had to make multiple calls just to get essentials, which ruined the stay. On top of that, this was supposed to be a birthday celebration, yet the hotel did not even provide a simple cake or gesture, which was very disappointing. * Every request required multiple follow-ups, and staff was unresponsive over the phone. I had to go down to the front desk personally each time, which is extremely inconvenient and unacceptable. * Spoiled Occasion: This was meant to be a special and memorable trip, but instead it turned into a frustrating and stressful experience. Both MakeMyTrip and Sheraton failed to deliver even basic standards of hospitality.

I had a very disappointing experience with Marriott. There appear to be unethical practices taking place, including misleading customers and charging extra through deceptive tactics. The billing process lacked transparency, and no staff seemed willing to take responsibility or listen to concerns. The overall environment was unpleasant, and the service quality was poor. Based on my experience, I strongly advise individuals and families to avoid booking Marriott hotels

The TV wasn't working, and there was a lot that could be improved inside the room and washroom. Had to wait in the lobby for 15 min at the time of check out as they were checking the room.

Hotel is cooperative but the main concern is there amenities, there login card in lift is not working properly and you need to ask reception activation of card again and again also they have very limited option in food even after 10 PM you are only able to get one veg dish with chapati, in this price range many other good options are available in jaipur
