This resort stands out as a refreshing contrast to many others in the area. The location is nothing short of spectacular, Baga Beach is literally at your doorstep. You can enjoy a clear view of the beach right from the breakfast table and the beach is approx. 20 steps away as you step out of the property. The pool is well-maintained and inviting, while the rooms are clean, comfortable, and nicely designed. The only area where the resort must improve is the breakfast schedule. Breakfast is served between 8:30 am and 10:00 am, and the restaurant clears the spread at 10:00 am. If you arrive even a few minutes late, you risk missing out entirely. Extending the breakfast window by an hour will enhance the guest experience. Highly recommended for anyone looking to combine comfort, good amenities, and a prime location.

The hotel is good but not great, location is thr biggest selling point if you are looking for Baga direct access. Rooms are decent and spacious, breakfast is good as well. It doesn't give that upmarket place feel but good for short stays.

The entire room was wet. it never got dried during our stay. just for a small sketch mark on the bedsheet by My small 3.5 year old daughter they charged 3000 extra rupees without any receipt.

Frogs and other insects in room if we want to call to receiption or restaurant our telephone wasn’t working also we were not provided mineral water also hotel staff alloted the very last room of the hotel and can’t communicate from there in any emergency also they haven’t shown any of the room category i have insisted that if they haven’t available standard room to show then i was ready to upgrade in executive or luxury room but they denied to show a room very terrible experience

I had been to this property about a couple of weeks ago and was put up in a room called Safforn which was excellent. Hoping for a similar room i checked in to the same resort but unfortunately ended up in different room called Lilly. The rooms were very small comparatively and was with no chairs in the rooms to sit except for a couple of plastic stools to sit on. It had a small balcony with absolute no view. Smokers can find as ab advantage since no smoking is allowed inside the rooms. The room stay was ok this time coz of the room i got into. If you are traveling alone then u can definitely consider the property for its closeness to few of the best places around here in Goa.
