The room itself was clean, modern, and comfortable, with a cozy bed, decent amenities. The staff were friendly and helpful, ensuring a smooth check-in. However, I wouldn’t strongly recommend this hotel for families. The vibe leans heavily toward couples, with many seeming to check in for just a few hours, which creates a transient atmosphere that might not feel family-friendly. If you’re traveling solo or as a couple looking for a quick, convenient stay, this place works well. For families, you might want to explore other options better suited to a more relaxed, family-oriented environment. Nice and quiet place. The room was clean and had everything I needed. Staff were friendly and helpful. It’s close to restaurants and shops. Wi-Fi was fast and reliable. Breakfast was simple but good. Nothing fancy, but a comfortable stay. Would stay again for a short visit or business trip.

i had a wonderful stay here. A decent hotel with a clean room and basic amenities. perfect pocket friendly hotel. I will surely re-visit here.

I never stayed at Fabhotel Lexus.5 . This is the real reason. I ended up staying at Hotel Lexus.5 . Since I could not contact Fabhotel by phone , I had to rely on WhatsApp message. It seems that both these above mentioned hotels are owned by the same group. The owner put me in Lexus.5 hotel instead of Fabhotel for the same booking. Hotel Lexus.5 is extremely bad , hence my recent stay experience was terrible. MMMT must make sure that the customers should be able to contact the hotel/ property directly and not only IVR mode. Then these kind of confusion wd be avoided.
