I had booked a property which i went was under renovation. They were in approximately in closed condition. While booking they showed best vegetarian restaurant but the restaurant was closed and then they shifted to me another hotel which they told you have to go by your own convince. The room they provided was a tiny miniature of the room. Horrible stay.

The stay was very good. The rooms were very spacious, clean and kept well. It was a sports themed hotel where they had the photos of sports personalities and that seemed different. The reception at the hotel was awesome. The receptionist was very well mannered and was well received. As a whole a very amazing experience at the hotel

Stay in villa park is very comfortable. Facilities were good. I have stayed 3-4 times in villa park but since from last 2 stay tv is not working it disappointed us. Living tv problem everything was good

The management was not good. We asked twice for water bottles but it was not provided. The intercom was not working so we had to go down to the reception every time for help. The bedsheet was not changed and was not clean.

Overpriced for what is provided . Decent for a 1 night stay but not anymore. Area is good. Rooms are good but bathrooms are not up to the mark and bedsheets are very old with stains.

It was great stay at Villa Park. Room was super clean. It's Pet friendly hotel. Service was quick. Tourist spots like Chamundi hill, Mysore Palace, Zoo etc are very close from hotel location. Hotel located in good area. Manager Mr. Albert was very cooperative.

The rooms are really spacious and clean. I visited along with my pet. We ordered chinese in the afternoon, it was good. The only problem i faced was room service. Post 7pm there was nobody at the reception. I had an issue with ac but there was nobody to attend. I wanted to order breakfast in the room but that also wasn't available. In the morning water wasn't available in the bathroom, so i had to call reception and get the issue resolved after 20 mins.

Worst service

I checked in at 7pm, yesterday, since then i have been asking for a towel, till now( 7. 45am) no response, tv is not working informed reception no response. Food is average. By 10 will be checking out, poor service. I trusted mm t and booked which is my fault.

The room was clean and spacious. Had gone with my pets and did not face any problems the staff was very nice and responded to all requests. Overall it was a very nice stay

Room was spacious but the service could have been better. Above and all liked it. Only issue is that there were blinds in the washroom window which were not opaque. Very tough to share room with friends
