very worst experiance, no one is responding. yesterday nigt i need water, they are not attrnding the call for one hour (its in call waiting around 45 minutes)

Very very terrible experience and there is no tv ac at all and more over there no water supply in the bathroom such a worst experience we had in our whole life

Blankets are not clean and television are not working, no room service , but private beach was good ..

Good stay and ambience we loved it for those who searching for perfect stay this is actually a good spot in town

Rooms are bad. No quality. No hotbwater broken stuff. Tv not working slow service too expensive place. Not worth money

I stayed in vgp with three other colleagues on 10aug, when we came to resort the keys were handed over by security without and id check or filling any form, the allocated rooms were dirty and ac not functioning finally the changed the room after 1 hour of discussions and now as i write the feedback i am stuck inside the washroom for lat 30 mins as the water stopped and our repeated calls to the resort people are yet to get some result

The place was hard to find, no google location, asking in tamil was difficult, only manager knew where was it. There are just 4-5 rooms in a straight line. No hot water in bathroom ( for kid), badly stained tiles, window has not blinds in bathroom, thank god there was no one residing rightin front. No tea kettle no restaurent associated. If you wish to go to beach the guard wont allow. Some how we just spent the night and came back.

The room was not good we just saw the room and came back, booked another room. The place was very much scary and the room was not clean. I definitely don’t recommend for anyone.

the cottage was not clean and had very poor customer care. They don't have a receptionist. It's a very old building.

There are no facilities in the property to pay so much….there is no Wifi….they didnt provide bath towels to one of our booked rooms….we ran out out of water and we have to tell the property manager to fill the tank….there are unrestrained dogs in the premises which makes kids scary……ceiling fan didnt work in one room and there are no manager availble in the night except for security….strangely they didnt even ask for id cards at the time of Check in….really regret my decision to book in this plsce

Nice place to stay. Inside bath tub is excellent. Staffs all very helpful. Very easy access vgp snow world and beach all.

Room is not safe because there is interconnection door without any lock

I recently stayed at universal kingdom cottage and unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. Despite checking in around 3 pm, the room was not ready for us upon arrival. This delayed our check-in process and was quite inconvenient. Furthermore, the cleanliness of the rooms left much to be desired. The rooms were not properly cleaned, and it was evident that attention to detail was lacking in the housekeeping standards. This oversight significantly impacted our overall stay and contributed to a lack of comfort during our time at the hotel. Overall, i must say that my stay at universal kingdom cottage was disappointing. The combination of the unprepared room upon arrival and the subpar cleanliness standards has left a negative impression of the establishment. I hope that this feedback can be used constructively to improve the services and ensure a more pleasant experience for future guests.

No receptionist. Security guard showing rooms, not knowing how to operate ac, dirty towels, rooms not cleaned. Pour experience. Did not stay, went off in search of another hotel nearby. Waiting for refund.

Property was good and maintained reasonably well. However, as this is part of the amusement park, there is no proper reception or support staff to do proper check in and during stay. Only security staff, with limited knowledge of hospitality but good hearted, were present. My reason to select this resort was beach, but access was closed until park was open. No restaurant during these hours, no room service at all and so on.

Worst room ever i stayed. Room were smelling bad. Toilets are pathetic. There is no proper room service. I heard the same feedback from the people who stayed next to my room. Many have booked this room thinking it will inside vgp resorts but this vgp cottage is inside the amusement park. So be careful while booking. They just used vgp name for this zero rated rooms. One word 'pathetic'

Nobody is available at the reception to check-in. Almost 2 hrs we were standing outside in the midnight without any proper response and guideline. Makemytrip customer care also took much time to arrange alternative. Finally no support found and left the hotel and we stayed in a private room locally. We never expected this kind of worst service and experience with make my trip and vgp. We were disappointed lot

Very much easy to find the location since it is located on the main road itself. They have very limited rooms and limited staff. Coming to rooms is one of worst i experienced till date. Dirty floors, dirty bedsheets etc. When i checked in found that bathroom floor was with liquid soap spilled all over luckily i noticed n nothing happened to me. Also found a jean pant hanging in wardrobe looks like they haven't cleaned the room before handing over to us. They just gave 1 towel n told will give other next day, but nobody bother to give towel next day even after repeated follow ups. No hot water in bathroom, when requested they told geyser under maintenance and they will send buckets, but that also i didn't receive even upto 9am. When comes to food it is the worst option. Bathrooms were not having locks to close from outside, so mosquitoes entered room from bathrooms. There is big hole in false ceiling.

Don't waste your money. No one was there to help you. Tv was not working, no towels, no intercom. Overall worst experience. It looked like a 500 rs lodge.
