The stay here has been absolutely amazing. If you want to have a loyal staycation,this is the best option you can explore. The interior decor is mesmerizing. The staffs were extremely kind and considerate. I must mention that food was absolutely delicious. Everyone must try food. Mutton Thali is a must.

No exhaust in washroom... reception service is poor but food is good.........no proper treatment at reception

I will never stay in this even for free. Inspite of paying exorbitant rates the expression on the face of the man at the men at the reception makes you wonder whether you are staying there free. The staff is mannerless. They believe that if you copy some royal pictures and paste it on the wall the customer can be tagged with huge bill fir their asset innovation. One fellow at the reception will say some things and the very next day another man at the reception will say something else. One final word. I will not stay at this hotel even if i am paid for it.

We had a wonderful stay at umaid mahal. It’s an excellent property to stay with family. The food, the traditional dance show, rooms everything was perfect. Would highly recommend this place to all travellers.

The hotel umed mahal heritage truly is a heritage property. All the staff is very courteous and always helping nature. Breakfast is good we enjoyed the entire stay for 3 nights. The hotel has taken care of very small necessities starting from bag keeping places to shower and hot water. Also hotel has taken good care in room service and cleanliness. We will definitely recommend this hotel to all travelers.

The hotel was much more than i expected. Beautiful decor, antique furniture and spacious rooms. Its conveniently located to the sightseeing places. The staff were all very courteous, polite and obliging. The food was also very tasty.

The hotel is beautiful with rajastani architecture. The staff are courteous and helpful. The rooms are equipped with all the basic facilities at affordable price. The restaurant attached with hotel provides excellent tasty food. I rate it one of the best in jaipur.

Wonderful experience. Hotel and room were near and clean and we had a great experience staying here. Kids also enjoyed and had great fun. Only negative feedback is regarding swimming pool - water was not clean.
