I The property is amazing for the stay, it’s bang on the beach, we really enjoy the private time on the front rock, and guess what I saw turtle on the beach. Overall, it’s good resort for couple, helping staff and amazing ambience. Highly recommended. 😊 Thankyou Tripstring for this amazing trip!

The rooms and room service is really good up to the mark the food is really good i highly recommend the property mr. Ayaan and his team give a really good service feel like home the view from the property is just like heaven i will visit the property again for sure with my family's best experience

Bad staff service

Before arriving called at resort number, but no one picked and not even they called me back. On arrival rooms were not there for us even after booking it month before, we booked sea view room at top floor but as bcoz bad service we hove compro at ground floor room, room was not clean and even staff was not in quantity. If you are looking for better service don’t book ukiyo. There are many good beach resort near ukiyo

Terrible Stay

The resort has not maintained the property nor the rooms. The food is overly priced. The time to serve food, water is very high. If the food was sent at the table, we had to explicitly ask them for plates 5 times. We were given late check in. The toiletries in the room were old/used. Would appreciate even if we can get our 50% payment back. Overall it was a very terrible experience staying at ukiyo. I’m actually looking for a full refund or at-least 50% refund. Please look into the refund policy as it was a terrible stay. Can you help me with the same. Hi. Can you please provide an update on it?

The food is very expensive. I felt that the rooms were overly priced. The room was noisy sat and sun not the day to live peacefully. No one changed bedsheet. No complimentary nothing given by hote no parking it was all messy had to park vehicle on road
