Good place to stay and the location is also good the food from their cafe is also affordable and quite tasty so if you want to stay near smvit it's best

It was horrible stay, cups were dirty, no exhaust fan, staff were totally unprofessional and lack in basic hygiene. Room walls are stained and door gad a gaping hole in it. Room allocated was 104. Sofa was filthy. Satellite television was not available. First hotel to stay and more so with family. Scary to upload images of the property as it is in a pathetic condition.

Hot water for shower not available, tv not working, intercom not working, ac not cooling even at 16 c.

We were there for a concert. The hotel is a bit off the main road but it was close to our venue. Decent reception the staff at the reception was very accommodative. The room was excellent with a clean bathroom we did not check for hot water in the room as we were there for the night had an early morning flight. The restaurant services also not used. For a regular stay without a fuss it’s ideal.

The property was under some kind of renovation and they told that they had already informed.

The staff was the nicest staff i have ever encountered at a hotel. They were always friendly and asked how our stay was going every time we walked in the door. They also were able to recommend places to get any type of meal that we needed as well.

The staff provided excellent services and was really cool. Excellent location with simple access to the city. The staff's service was excellent.

Great place to stay. Rest everything was great. Clean space, big enough and good bed. Also the staff is so supportive.
