Room was not cleaning. Ganda pani aata th or morning main toh tap main pani bhi nahi aata th. Or ac not working properly, often ac ka water room main he aata th . Suggestion - aagar aap log apne application pe kishi bhi hotel ko registration krte ho to atlist ak br visit kiya kare.

Very horrible. Unprofessional for this hotel business. Uncleaned rooms and beds . Total waste of money.

That Townhouse 054 hotel was very worst..they collect extra 400 rupees fees for this booking...poor maintanence and services... Don't recommend this type of hotel in your suggestions..

An average hotel, washroom was clean with hot water. we had a ground floor room and the wooden flooring was in a bit of a bad shape..

Restaurant closed completely I have to order Swiggy. No service available as mentioned in app page.

location of this hotel is good. Not for family looking for cleanliness. breakfast and other services are just for name sake.

1. If we told booking via make my trip means they treat cheaply 2. Cleanliness worst. Bad smell in washroom 3. TV not working 4. Ac not working 5. Harsh behavior from staff 6. Power failure 7. No towel 8. I was stayed almost 5 days they didn’t Clean or change bedsheets. No towels provided. 9. Mosquito issues Totally very bad experience. If there is a chance for asking refund definitely I will ask for it.

The property was good, although the rooms were just average and nothing of the sort as they looked like in pictures. Lack of cleanliness and water shortage as well.

It was a terrible experience staying with this property. I had booked it for two nights. I reached early before the check in time and requested for early check-in and they agreed to it because they had rooms available. The room they have me, there was no TV remote, AC was not working, No towel given. I requested them to change my room and they said that they will change the room after 11am on the same day. When I came back, late in the evening. I found that they don't have room and they just ignored it. I gave enough peace of mind to the manager and the next day they changed it. the room I checked in later I found that the flush was damaged and not working. then on the same day they gave me another room where I found the commode seat is damaged and there is water leakage from split AC.. Overall very bad experience. There was no hot water kettle, induction, etc. And the day of my check out, to my surprise, there was no water available for 2-3 hours. And it was annoying that they were knocking on the door to check out.

Worst stay experience. Bad hospitality. Worst customer service. Nothing working in the room properly. Very very very bad experience i have while staying there in townhouse xhotel

The pictures they have posted are from many years ago. The rooms stinks like anything! Even chennai public toilets are cleaner than this. The bed sheets and pillow covers are so dirty! When I called to book they increased the price of the room and in 2 hours it was back to original price. It's better if you spend 2k more and get a 4* hotel like essentia or raj bhavan or something. Never ever I'm going to this trash can again!

Bad service and no water in the morning won’t recommend at all

Problems faced in hotel. Problems faced in property 1) asked for extra money charges while checking in. 2) ac not at all working. 3) rude behaviour of the property staff. 4) not maintaining hygiene and cleanliness in rooms. 5) not provide a towel while complaining about 100 time to the staff. 6) the property staff did not resolve my problem till my check out date. 7) all the staff members are boys and no one female staff member is there in the property. 8) giving trouble from staff in complimentary early check in time. Not recommended to any one to stay.

A great place to stay with polite staff and clean surroundings. We had a fantastic day, and the hotel staff was incredibly kind.

The reception has 24-hour staff. We had one of the most affordable stays, and the rooms were beautifully decorated with high-quality furniture.

The hotel’s location is perfect for traveling around the city. Our room was beautiful and spotless. We would definitely come back.
