it's not a good maintained property , stinking room toilet not even meeting minimum expectation front office staff not friendly

room maintains is not good and room is not well to stay staff was not responding and also room is aguly and small room not be work of our cost . totally depoint to stay in this and maintenance is not well and documents are big issue in counter and they take extra amount in our side each 200

location wise hotel is good. The day time manager is pathetic and arrogant. He does not know how to talk to customers. There were no toilet soaps and towels in the room. The luggage had be taken by me fm reception to the room. Even in the hotel form, aadhar details were to be filled by customer. would nvr recommend the hotel

It is clearly mentioned that thy provide feee early check in but they charged me 800 extra for checking in at 10 am 2. ⁠it was mentioned that there will be a complimentary breakfast but it was not provide - hotel person mentioned thy won’t give any complimentary 3. ⁠no lights in the bath room , no ac , no towels are basics items were provided 4. ⁠I raised my concern for the compensation But till now no response very disappointing

The amenities that were promised were not available no WiFi, no water heater, and no TV. The staff was rude and did not fulfill our requirements. Additionally, they even asked us for extra money to stay. This was highly disappointing

When I booked the room only classic room option was available when I reached the hotel the receptionist told them they don't have a classic room now so I have to pay them 800 more for the deluxe room. I believe they do this to many people. Apart from this they don't have breakfast option. It is just written on Make my trip booking. Rooms were Average, no toiletries were available in the washroom not even hand wash.

The prices are really reasonable and the rooms are all well-maintained with all the amenities that are necessary. For an affordable price and a nicer stay, anyone could think about it.

Property scammed and asked for extra money to check-in. The receptionist mentioned that they don't have the room and will need extra money to provide an upgraded room. They claim that they don't have a tie up with mm t at all

Worst experience. The hotel name does not exist. Reception lady was horrible in communication. Hotel did not provide water. No telecom service, no room service, no water, no drinking water, no food. Entire hotel is very poor and under construction. Odour everywhere, inside the room and entire lobby and reception. Lift is horrible. They did not want to provide the bottle of drinking water even after payment. Very horrible host. No security staffs around. I recommend that this place is not suitable for stay or food or for any puorpose. One must not visit there. Very scary

The hotel was so bad and lift was not working and ac was also not working the management is not good no food provided the bath rooms are so bad and smelly we could not even go there and water is not coming
