We had a wonderful time here. The rooms were clean, breakfast was filling, and the people were amazing. They made us feel happy and refreshed.

I stayed from 18th May to 23rd noon. housekeeping was terrible. In the whole stay only once housekeeping was done that also after requesting. even lift was too smelly and uncleaned. fan inside lift was not working too. no proper ventilation in room which made the room foul smell. restaurant was closed for some modifications. reception landline was not working. out of 6days stay tv was working only for 2days. whenever u ask about that some work is going on they replied. but never saw anyone working on it. It is a hotel worth recommending. I found very comfortable to stay here. Hotel staff was very responsive and quick. Overall, an excellent place.

no cleanliness maintained. AC wasn't working, hence changed the room. again, in the other room AC water was all over the floor. bathroom stinks. in reception they weren't quick, polite or welcoming.

Very poor wifi even after complaining no response. No housekeeping after stay. No toiletries available even after informing. Some rooms has no ventilation and no provision for hanging clothes. Location wise okay free from dust but you will find mosquitoes from evening. People working in reception is very nice and well behaved.
