Baht hi batmij staff hai inko guest ko pilane ke lea pani tak nahi hai bedsheet towels sab gande room ki condition to yesi ki dekh ke dear jay e auro booking karne pe ye guest se extra cash mangte hai w aha counter pe khada rakhte hai room dene se mana kart e hai auro koi support bhi nahi milta sab mile huye hai

Then people booked it and when they ho for checkin they denied you from checkin saying you have booked at very lower price we can't allow you to check in. Then they ask you for extra amount. If yo give extra amount then only you can checkin.

No commitment to service. If you've booked, the worst room will be provided to you at the last. No breakfast is provided for customers even if already booked and paid. Do not go for this property. You'll only end up regretting your decision.

Dirty toilet and no disinfection or sanitization

Entire hotel is dirty all over. Floors, lift, bathroom, room, bedsheet, pillow cover, towel and entire hotel and every corner of this hotel is pathetic and unhygienic, dirty.

this is an avoidable property

while check in the hotel staff said that they don't accept booking after lot of discussion they allowed stay but removed kettle and water bottles from the room and asked for extra payment. though our booking was with breakfast they denied the same also and asked for extra payment.
