The Sariska Palace

Palace is good but service is very bed. Hygien was not upto the mark. Food was not good. Hotel fare was not worth it. Not recommend to any one to waste money.

The rooms were very bad. They were smelling. Toilets were not clean. Water supply was not good. Food is overpriced.

This property is poorly managed. In fact no one should go there even they are providing it free unless they renovate this property

Haven't seen so much hotel man till today.

If I paid for luxurious there was nothing for luxurious, I have spoiled my time happily with my family by staying there.

I had visited this property with high hopes to make my Diwali special after paying an amount averaging a 5-star hotel for the booking but the experience was very bad. The staff does not expect an Indian visitor as everyone is aware of the poor infrastructure and services of this palace. The palace is antique building situated is very peaceful area in Sariska forest area. It is surrounded with jungle. The staff and services are not upto the mark.

We as a couple with ten year old son paid a huge amount for a night for royal deluxe room on the occasion of his birthday stay. Rooms are unhygienic, more than half of the lights and plug points do not work in rooms. Toilets had broken in cracked commode and cracked floor through which insects were coming out, no hot water in the shower. Total staff of hotel as seen by us was approx 5 people. Food was pathetic served unhygienic. Rooms did not have iron box, electric kettle and set up box for tv. All doors in The room could not be locked properly due decayed wood and rusted looks. One door was kept latched once we opened it found stairways full of garbage and rats. Most horrible experience of my hotel stay of my life.

Everything about Sariska Palace screams of the days gone bye. It is falling apart, over priced with limited food options. I don’t think it is getting many visitors now and this must be making it harder for the owners to maintain it.

Good location, excellent service of staff with good food but this heritage building need maintenance. Overall it's a good stay.

If you are going to this place think of a government guest house of the 70s as a benchmark, otherwise, you would be very disappointed.

Hotel not maintained, no educated staff to address concern to, not even knowing which room is to be allocated. Worst experience, even dental kit was a new thing for them and was not available.

It is a personal property of someone and not a hotel. The cost was too high nearly equivalent to 4 5 property but the facilities were less than 1 Dinner and breakfast arrangement was so poor. No body knows punctuality and value of time! Overall stay was average. Not to be recommended.

It’s a very bad hotel, no service, no class. We booked for 2 nights but leave the hotel after 1 night stay.

Horrible stay at hotel, no service of any kind, had to fetch water in buckets for brushing my teeth. They served us Paneer Pakora fried with house fly.
