The Porcupine Castle

We had an amazing stay at Porcupine Castle resort. All the staffs were so friendly, humble and doing an amazing job in terms of customer managing, customer engaging, hospitality etc. Took my parents to this resort for stay and it became a memorable trip to Coorg for them.

It was a beautiful and comfortable stay. The resort is located in a midst of nature and has very comfortable rooms with a superb pool. The staff is also very polite and offers great service.

food was decent and view was good. could have been a lot better with the service and experience. one of the tap broke and the toilet was flooded for 1-2 hours!! spoiled out sunset time.

The location is very good. The food and amenities can better for the price. The staff are very friendly.

Property is good and service and view food all amazing. Just don't book cottage or specifically book rooms on higher ground or with balcony or tree house. One option is cottage is not good and need to do lot of travel up and down and its very steep

Wait till u reach the property! ranging from - the most beautiful sunset from the infinity pool to the most scenic mountain view from the room itself. Especially from a budget friendly resort. We had opted for the mountain view chalet ac inclusive of bf and dinner and omg! the food was absolutely delicious! the staffs were superb and immediately tend to your requests. The late night bonfire, the plantation walks, infinity pool and indoor games are some of the activities available. We were so happy with their hospitality that we had extended our stay as well! superb experience i must say

Good service and food staff.

The resort is very far from all the tourist places. Booked a room in a plantation room with no view. The bathroom mirror was broken, dirty and torn curtains, leakage in the bathroom. You have to climb very steep to reach the restaurant. Overall average resort with exrobedent pricing. Also not very well maintained. Food was good.

I recently stayed at Porcupine Castle Resort in Madikeri. The setting amidst lush plantations and forests provided a perfect escape from city life. The rooms were spacious and offered stunning views. The friendly staff and well-maintained amenities made the stay delightful. The resort's tranquil atmosphere was a highlight. Overall, great value for money and a perfect getaway for nature lovers. Highly recommended! 

This property is located right at the top of the hill and the location and amenities are very good, and the food is very good.

We stayed 2 nights. Good nature view vibe, very clean infinity swimming pool, polite staff, tasty food, awesome plantation walk experience, superb mountain view from room and well maintained hygiene.

We had a very good experience at the great trails. Awesome place to stay. The staff was friendly, polite and very helpful. View from the room was very beautiful. We had their buffet and it was good and tasty. The breakfast spread has good options. A place i would suggest everyone to try and explore. It was a wonderful stay in porcupine resort, beautiful place to unwind from the busy lifestyle and relax and enjoy the nature and hospitality of the resort staff were top notch along with some delicious food.

First and foremost, the food here is amazing. I have traveled to many places and stayed in top hotels, but the cuisine at this place is truly unmatched. The second highlight is the location: nestled in the middle of a forest with amazing views, it offers a serene and breathtaking experience.

Found via google search. The location is little away from the main part of coorg but that's the best part. It's surrounded by trees, valley & crickets. The property is good but could have been managed better, many corners were dirty and had spider waves. The food was decent. Extra point to the property for its amazing staffs. They were super polite, helpful and always had smiling face.

Location is nature ridden, silent and peaceful. Food was tasty and nice. Varieries of food items are excellent. Room services should have been less guest dependant. Master keys should have been available with reception office. Can not comment on amenities as we missed to enjoy due to intermittent rain, distant room location (402) and our personal knee issues.

I found the property to be average. I stayed at the property along with my wife and daughter for two days and paid around 18k. 1) food and ambiance are good. 2) planation view from the room is not there. May be i was expecting a bit more.
