Positives: 1. Good ambience in the morning. 2. Humble behaviour from the staffs poor: 1. The road to reach to the hotel from highway is pooor 2. Tent rooms are not up to the mark, lacks basic facility like tv, heaters, almirah 3. Service is very slow, possibly due to understaffed operation 4. Lunch dinner not served in the room. Food option is very limited. 5. Crocodile point is a fuss. Nothing could be seen

Thanks for your valuable feedback as this is a luxury swiss tent so we don't serve food in tents we request guests to take food in the restaurant. Regarding the road from the highway the first time we are getting complaints and if we get the opportunity to meet with the road construction department we will request to maintain the road so in future you don't get trouble and for crocodile sighting mostly guests see the crocodile from the premises it might be the weather conditions or other reason because these are not the pet that they came out by calling the name. Sorry for your trouble.
