pictures were not as real. property is very old and not maintained, kitchen staff was rude and uneducated.. hospitality and service was poor not satisfied. according to current situation price were too high

Hotel receptionist is too poor in talking. Bathroom window was permanently opened from another side of hotel and not suitable to stay in anyhow situation so we checked out the hotel at a time. And stay in another hotel

The room was not worth it. No water heater in the room. No waiters, you need to walk 2 floors to call the waiter. They have a menu but by the time you get your food, vacation will be over. No power backup, room heater will be charged extra. Still want to stay here, God bless.

I won't recommend if you are going with family.

Nice hotel with limited budget.

Nice place and having a good location but there is no services from there side and staff is good. So it's just a place to having an limited views and it's better to stay somewhere else

A good budget hotel, friendly and cooperative staff, owner is also very polite and helpful person, clean rooms, nice location just below the famous Jim Morrison cafe and not so far from the main market (5 min walking distance). Only thing is they don't have phones in the room so you have to run for all the things.

Hotel location is quite far from main location (bus stand, market, restaurant etc). Hotel does not have any facilities, No lift, No furniture. TV was shut down. Bed were okay. No cleanliness. Not at all value for money. Its better to book hotel near market with some more money or may be cheaper than this.

Absolutely worthless and third class hotel. Please the list it from. Bedsheet was torn. There was no furniture. Tv was not working. Dirty bed. Blanket was stinking. There is a long list of complain. In short it was a hell

The hotel is just below Jim Morrison cafe and quite close to kasol market. If you really want to enjoy then don't book hotel online just reach tosh by cab and you will get cheap and best hotels and that too at most scenic location.

It was a good experience. They also arranged everything I needed. Place was good, not too far away from kasol. Staff is friendly and manager is also good guy. Food is also good there. Good overall.

The hotel is situated in the heart of Kasol. Location is very good. The view from hotel is also good. The river is very near to this hotel. But the room was not maintained properly and the room was not clean. Water in the bathroom was not available all the time. Services were quite good.

Water doesn't come in the proper way, it stops while taking bath. That's the biggest issue for this hotel. The walls were scratched, blanket with bad smell. Hotel was not properly maintained. Furniture was also in bad condition.
