SRV RESIDENCY

Very worst maintenance. Bathrooms are not clean. Worst maintenance. 1 terrible. Is it a way that windows are kept. I want to cancel my bookings. Rest rooms without window pans. Request you to cancel my bookings as the rooms are highly unsafe for ladies to stay as there is no window pans. I booked two rooms for stay along-with my wife and two teenage d daughters. As we entered, to the shock of everyone, the windows in the rest rooms are not covered with safety doors and they were covered with papers and tiles with gaping holes in between. My two daughters and wife scared of their safety as the rest room windows are not fitted with proper doors and windows pan. Owing to this defect and deficiency in service, we didn't even check in the two rooms we booked.

Rooms and staff are good. Please update correct location on maps. It's opposite o2 breeze
