Rooms were decent as per prices , basic amenities were working . Have ample parking space . Missing few amenities like tea kettle set . Service was not up to mark as food was ordered and given after 3 hours . Breakfast was not ready even at 8 am .

Terrible stay. We reached around 4. 30 pm and the rooms were not ready. Dirty unhygienic towels, hardly any toileteris, no hot water in the taps, non functional tv, no tea coffee sachets and creamer, rustic staff who are ill trained. Mm t shoukd immediately remove it from it's list stating notvrecommended.

Overall staying was good, with the location, rooms and view. But the washroom conditions were not satisfactory. Additionally, manager was rudely behaving as he asked extra amount for the same room size with different location, as he said it was deluxe. But while booking they were not any options for the same, means he tried to cheat us. Also they don’t have breakfast options, whatever they have they served _only tea and poha (over oily. Except this overall good.

I found a hotel in make my trip app. Food is ok ok. The location is good. The people are also good.

No management, very very bad service, tv not working

Location is 3 km away from the main area but on the highway. Peaceful area, the property is awesome. Food is very tasty, the staff is very cooperative, comfortable stay

The experience was good. The staff were well mannered and were attending the guests very nicely. Definitely not a must visit place.

Staff was friendly and cater to all requests made even during late night. Room was clean and hygienic. Overall good experience

Excellent stay staff was very polite and the owner also was so good to help us, our main problem of my baby milk was completely solved by the hotel for which we were worried a bit. But the staff helped us giving the baby milk making it available

There is scope to improve service, need 24 hour hot water too.

We had a very good stay. The staff was very cooperative helpful and friendly. The quality of food was good in the in house restaurant and there are many restaurants within walking distance from the hotel that provide good multi cuisine food. We were traveling with a toddler and the people from the hotel provided simple meals for the baby too which made our stay even easier. The ambience is beautiful specially at night time and there is a small clean play area for the kids too.

Location is good. Property is road touch. It us 2-3kms from the new mapro garden huge setup so one can visit the same and avoid overcrowded mapro garden in mahabaleshwar. However rooms are average and overpriced as compared to overall housekeeping and maintenance of the electric appliances i. E. Fans, acs. Food is ok not great. Staff us helpful and kind

This is transit hotel. Cleanliness was ok. Bathroom has normal tiles where one can slip easily very unsafe. Ac was making roaring noise all the time. Staff is friendly

Can improve food quality, rooms were good, ok for one night.

I booked this hotel because i was riding back home and it started raining so i did not research it much, the ratings were decent on mmt. The place is a restaurant below and few rooms on the first floor. The room was a little dirty with some cobwebs, there was a leakage in the toilet and some seepage on the walls, the bed sheet has holes in it and most likely not cleaned to an acceptable hygienic condition. The biggest letdown was the food, they seem to have fixed timings for each meal and although i was hungry when i reached in the evening there wasn’t any meals available in their restaurant until 7pm. I got tea and snacks delivered in the room which was served alongside two baby cockroaches playing hide and seek between the food and the tray. I obviously lost my appetite and somehow slept and left before sunrise. Since they close the shutters of the hotel at 10pm, you’ll have to wake up the employees sleeping at the reception to open the shutters for you if you plan to leave early.

Good rooms and food also. Staff was co-operative. Overall stay was excellent. Convenient for mahabaleshwar and panchgani trips.

We stayed for two nights. It was pleasant stay and very co-operative staff.

Location of rajatsagar is very good we get very good service also

They had already given our room to somebody. They upgraded us for no extra charge though. No toiletries, no towels, no satellite tv recharge. Restaurant is good. Rooms are ok ok. Nothing special!
