Hi Team, thanks for checking in. Our room wasn’t ready at check-in—we only got it around 5:30 PM. We had to wait in the café for lunch and the service was quite slow. Also, the 20% dining voucher wasn’t honoured/discounted at billing. Once allotted, the room itself was good and comfortable, but the overall experience was let down by the delays and service issues. Please review and address.

The property is located in CBD, close to The exhibition center, mall and great restaurants. The property is having all amenities they claim and are in functional mode, decently maintained and must say the staff is very kind, courteous and always helpful with a smile. We stayed for Diwali with family along with our pet. The overall vibe was good, they even surprised us with some beautiful Diwali sweets and diyas with a hand written Diwali note. Anagha was kind enough to offer us adjacent rooms near the elevator as we requested. The poolside was clean and their breakfast spread had sufficient items to choose from. Glad we could stay here with our pet

The property location was fantastic, heart of BKC. The staff were more than welcoming, amazing hospitality. I have stayed at Trident as well and definitely would recommend Sofitel for sure. There are 4 restaurants in the hotel and Tuskers is a vegetarian one. Even though I am non-vegetarian, the food in Tuskers was beyond delicious. The Akhrot ke Seek Kaebab and Sangri Malai Kofta were just yummy, at par with any non-veg restaurant. The breakfast buffet was also excellent and they gave me a discount on it. The rooms are luxury and small details like mint, cappuccino machine are worth mentioning. I would recommend it 5/5 stars to anyone wanting to stay in that area.

Good property inside BKC prime location we went for Mumbai marathon 2025 on Sunday Breakfast was good room was very well maintained staff very supportive used their gym steam room. Food was good but price was little high , menu name was all authentic but failed to deliver the same taste 😕 . This hotel is good for short stay small building property... Must VisitSofitel BKC BandrMumbai
