It's not hotel...it's horrible room @ 150 per night as my knowledge...please makemy trip co. don't spoil ur goodwill Sorry I can't say anything....it's was horrible..you shouldn't approve this type of hotel...u r spolling ur goodwill

I had one of the most disappointing stays ever at this hotel in Ujjain, 1. Information at the Start – I was told the hotel is only 40 meters away, but in reality, it is more than 500 meters. This was the first , which already gave me a bad impression. 2. Room Without Windows – The room I was given did not have a single window. Because of this, there was a strong smell of humidity throughout the stay, making it suffocating and extremely uncomfortable. 3. No Network & Poor Wi-Fi – Inside the room, no mobile network works at all. The hotel Wi-Fi worked only for a few hours, and after that, there was no connectivity whatsoever. Being completely cut off in such conditions was highly frustrating. 4. No Place to Dry Clothes – The hotel does not provide any space to dry clothes. Their rooftop, which should serve the purpose, was already waterlogged and choked, making it unusable. 5. Unhygienic & Full of Mice – The room was full of humidity and even had mice running around. This is not just unpleasant but also highly unhygienic. I had booked the room for 2 days and paid, but honestly, this room was not even worth ₹500. The condition, facilities, and hygiene were far below basic standards. This was my first and last experience, and it turned out to be extremely poor. I strongly urge everyone to avoid this hotel at all costs, because what they show and what they deliver are completely different.

Room was not in the good condition. Bathroom was not clean. Person was very supportive.

Lights was not working toilet seat was removed off the staff was very rude in supporting us. Overall bad experience

Approach is not good at all.. if it rains it becomes slushy.. approach lane is now, dim Room is okay for the price. Can be a bit more tidy.

Price doesn’t justice the property. but in fact it shouldn’t be given any star. Only good thing the property is very near to the temple and the staff nature is good

Management is considerable , Lacke of hygiene, Lack of cleanese. Air conditioning is not proper. Rooms do not have proper ventilation

it's not like a hotel it's a dharmshala, i will never recommend to Book this hotel for family, There is no ventilation no proper facilities and no body at the office area to put your concerns. please not book this hotel anymore 🙏

It was good and near the temple. It was only lodge no food was available. And hot water was available.

The room was well maintained, near&tidy, also nearby Ujjain Mahakaleshwar temple ( walkable) and nearby good restaurants are available .. Many Auto rickshaws available to visit other nearby temples. The guy and his wife were so humble and helpful. Thanks to both of you for the safe stay

Location is very good. Very near to mahakaleshwar mandir. Staffs are very good. Very helpful. But staying arrangements are very bad. Ac is there in the room. But electric supply is not there for long time. Without electricity ac was not working. Long time no electricity. Rooms are not up to the mark. No towel provided in the room.

No almirah in the room. Clean ness is average. No arrangement of drinking water. Only behaviour of staff was good.

Not up to the mark. There was no ventilation in the room. No ac and it was a lot humid in the room I stayed in.

1. I booked AC room and Hotel owner given me Non-ac room. 2. after that he told me you can shift to another hotel.

Hotel is near to mahakal mandir. All facilities provided by hotel is good. Behaviour of deepak who is care taker of hotel is nice.

It was good for over night stay. Ventilation problem but hotel staff provided ac. Can be better with proper cleaning

There were two representatives deepak and pankaj both were very polite and well mannered they arranged everything for us on one call like tea food local transport even medicines too. I recommend this hotel more than five at a reasonable cost. No i don't have.

I feel very regret to write this review, as this hotel even does not provide basic amenities which we can even in rented house, 1) water flush was not working we need to get down every time when we have to use washroom 2) 0 out of 10 for cleaning, we found citrate packages in room and lot of mosquitos full night, bed sheet was not cleaned ect, washroom does not have even soup to wash hand, it really a terrible experience, really need to think before suggesting this kind of hotels...thanks
