Worst hotel. Rooms were dirty. Bathroom was dirty. Bathroom taps were dirty. No hot water available. Service is very bad. Hotel location is not good. Food is not available in the hotel. Not even nearby areas in hotel. Only option is zomato and swiggy.

The rooms are not clean. Basic amenities were missing like cushion cover, door mat, toiletries. Staff was not supportive and unnecessary giving clarification for bad service. Not recommended for solo as well as family travellers. it’s expensive.

It was booked for three families. All reached at 6 in evening for check in. Rooms were not cleaned. Rooms were dirty. Hotel management is not bothered. They would have corrected themselves based on previous reviews. Service is bad.

Location was good. Booked one double occupancy and one triple occupancy room. But they have provided both rooms as double occupancy itself. Main disaster was no hot water in bathroom when we had checked in at 10:30pm. I was told it will be available next day morning at 4a. M. No hot water till 6am, it seems their machine was not working. Unfortunately entire darshan plan was delayed by 2 hours.

No drinking water available in hotel. No warm water for bathing. Nobody attends for room service. No restaurant in hotel and near vicinity. Even we didn't got or find morning tea. Costly and pathetic. Hotel is outside city and very far from mahakaleshwar temple. Not recommendable. Jai shree mahakal.
