Good clean hotel with good parking facility

There was no water in bathroom flush..after telling multiple times they changed our room..bt the same issue of no water in flush was there in other room also..the bathroom was not cleaned..very unhygienic..worst stay experience ever with make my trip

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Absolutely Amazing Stay at KGC Hotel, Ujjain! I recently stayed at KGC Hotel, Ujjain, and I must say it was one of the best hotel experiences I've had. From the moment I arrived, the staff was welcoming, professional, and always ready to help with a smile. The check-in process was smooth and quick. The room was spotless, spacious, and beautifully designed, offering a perfect blend of comfort and luxury. The bed was super cozy, and all the amenities – including Wi-Fi, AC, and room service – worked perfectly. What really stood out was the restaurant food – delicious, fresh, and well presented. The breakfast buffet had a wide range of options and was a great start to the day. The location is also perfect – very close to Mahakaleshwar Temple and other major attractions. The hotel even arranged a cab for our temple visit which was really convenient. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Ujjain – whether for pilgrimage, vacation, or business. The hotel location is suitable for those who need parking and little outside the main town. The roads near centre town hotels near the temple and ghat are not auited for large vehicles, so this location was suitable for me. I liked that 24 hr checkin was available at this hotel. This was major plus point. Room was ok. Bed 2as comfortable and room service was good. Travel support outside the hotel was by e rickshaw and that was very good. It costed me 1500 for all guided tour to all main temples in the city. Happy about choosing the e rickshaw. Cleanliness inside the room can be improved very much. All in all, i am satisfied.

I had a great experience with hotel management at the hotel kg c celebration. The staff was friendly, professional, and helpful. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. The location was convenient and close to many attractions.

Hotel is good one however they should add restaurant facility which is lacking. All other facility is excellent one.

Four km far from holy mahakal temple but three wheeler are available all time food is not available in the hotel only tea coffee but swiggy like facilities available the hotel room and toilet are not uptomark room services are poor

Room is good. But cleanliness not proper instead of telling them. No restaurant but they arrange the food from outside the hotel but not of quality meet as their price. It will be best if restaurant open there.

Need proper maintenance .. More importantly in house kitchen is needed. Service is good still. Needs a little bit on over view. Location is nice .. Visit this place for staying or holding up for night it self. Because the time when I entered .. There were no guests I guess

Comfortable, clean and spacious room. Fantastic location with balcony overlooking the beach. Regular buses from front of hotel to all destinations. All the staff were friendly, polite and helpful. Fantastic rooftop pool, bar and restaurant. Great value.

I loved the hotel.. It was peaceful there.. Nobody disturbed for stupid things.. Good room service.. Also rooms were super clean and the room was exactly like the photos.. So overall I will say it is worth every single penny staying there.. Give it a try and you won't regret it..

Hotel staff is good & room is nice but food quality is soo poor. Room pic is not match as per online pic. I have booked 3 bed room but they don't have. So as per quality I give 4 out of 5. Hotel staff is helpful

Average rooms. One Light in bathroom was broken. They don't have in-house kitchen so everything is brought from outside. TV was not working and was fixed after 3 hrs of check in. Location away from city but yet manageable.

Rooms were good, AC was working well in summers, rooms were clean, bathrooms were good. I have booked for some of the my friends visiting my citi, and it was good experience. Location was also good, and near to all visiting places. Room service was good.
