The room was good but nothing else than room in the property. The jacuzzi was not having issues too. You need to call boy for every start and stop, which is frustrating. Pay that much just for Jacuzzi is not worth it.

Rooms are very clean and nice service and we had wonderful stay because of scenic stay from room just right opposite to sea and you can see sun rise and sun set from your room

Property is good but needs alot of improvement

coupleWe checked in at 5pm and had booked the most luxurious cottage. The room was very basic. The private pool area was beautiful indeed but because of heavy rains we didnt use it even once as it wasn’t covered. The worst part is the water problem. There was no water in the washrooms most of the time and even if it was supplied, the shower pressure to flush pressure is zero. Breakfast quality was pathetic. Menu rates were very very high. Over all pretty sad to waste this much money

groupThe overall stay experience was amazing. The view from the room was surreal. The staff was polite & humble. Even the restaurant services were really good as the food was delicious. Moreover, the location was at walking distance from palolem beach market. Also, rooms were kept clean with ac’s on at the tome of check-in. Overall if anyone is looking to stay at a beach resort property then it’s highly recommended.
