Poor Stay

Villa 4 lonavala pawn a lake mumbai we checked in at 8 pm on 4th march and checked out at around 5. 30 5th march when we came wifi n everything was a problem for over an hour, even after late check in- no high tea was provided. I really believed in stayvista as it was my birthday so had planned to visit but is was not upto the mark. And the food was really bad only 1 out of all the product was good u can ask the care taker. Just to justify my stay i would like a refund for 1 day as realistically we stayed only for 1 day 1 night. So i would request you to please do the needful.

Overpriced but good stay

The road to the location is in bad condition. The view of the villa is amazing and caretaker prasad did a good job. One of the bed had insects or termites in them and the water pressure in the shower was low at times. There are no lights outside the villa even when it is in a villa community. The operation manager also forced us to give them a 5 star review. In all it was not a bad experience but could have been better

Oh we had a very memorable stay and a very exciting journey that i shall never forget. So reaching this property was one of my most adventurous trips. The road to reach till pawn a lake was extremely bad and narrow. The last 2-3 kms made me curse myself why did i even do this booking but when i finally reached the property, it was a good one. Not very luxurious but quite good. Big big rooms including a giant balcony, private pool and a view to die for. There was a severe network connectivity issue and the wifi was broken. They took some time to fix it but then it worked well. The staff was extremely courteous and the food was extremely delicious (all the meals were awesome. The property is right between the mountains and just across the swimming pool is a lake. Weather was amazing and it was quite peaceful and serene. Coming back from that bad road was again a nightmare but i would say it was all worth it at the end of the day. Overall a very memorable trip and i would certainly recommend going to this property if you are ready for taking the pain in reaching there.

Roads are horrible, caretaker will charge you for washing utensils, food either you need to cook or order which will be brought from Lonavla almost an hours drive from location. No security guard in the night. They won’t even light up your surroundings. Will never suggest to anyone.

The hotel was good. Location and view were mesmerizing. The facilities and services were superb. Only thing is their pool was not good it was dirty and there was no water. Staff was cooperative and well behaved.

Group stay with friends

This was a group stay with friends. The location was very nice and safe. The property and rooms were very clean with all facilities. I haven't met the host but caretaker was there, he was very helpful and polite, he helped us with the location routes. Whatever we want they provided instantly. Food was good. We had a great stay. I recommend this property to others.

Terrible Stay

We had a stay at Vista Rooms for one night. We were in total 4 people in the villa. We had a pathetic experience on the same. Let me go point by point to describe my experience in detail. There was no electricity after 8 pm at the villa. The caretaker also had no clue what was the issue. Moreover, the generator was also non-operational. The entire night we had stay awake and wait for the electricity to come. The weather was also too bad that we couldn't even go out somewhere and seek help. The caretaker was also blaming the Vista room's people for keeping them also informed. They were completely clueless about when the electricity would come and the worst part was, the electricity didn't come at all. In the morning, around 9 am, the electricity came. If this is the kind of experience you will give to people, I am really sorry to say that the company wouldn't run for Long. There was no-one available to speak to at customer care also. There was no clarity given to us! I guess, you guys were waiting for a miss happening to occur. Everybody's phone battery was drained out and had there been an emergency, neither we could call anyone nor any one else could contact us. The water: there was no water available in the morning to take bath. We had to call the caretaker to at least provide us with water to take bath. It took him 1 hour to provide us with the same because of which we check-out late and had to compromise with our further plans. I fail to understand that nobody was bothered to at least check on us whether everything was ok. I don't know why the caretaker was even being asked to stay there. He knew nothing at all and had no contact details of the people in Vista Rooms. An extremely a worst experience for us and would never ever recommend Vista Rooms to anyone in future. It was a complete waste of money. They was no toiletries available too and no good food also.

Great and awesome view but little else

familyDifficult to reach. Agency instead of calling in the phone kept sending whatsapp messages while I was driving to the destination. I was asked to finalize the menu while driving on whatsapp and then make the payment. I had to stop the car and do all this. At night there was a power failure and the back up generator was not working. So we had to sleep without fan or AC. Kitchen was unhygienic. Dirty utensils and left over cooked food were lying in the kitchen without being cleaned up or washed up in open utensils. Geyser wasn't working so we took a cold water Bath.

groupThe stay was very good. Location was quite far from the Lonavala Bustand and also the map not showing the correct direction. It needs to be improved correctly. Room was very good with the Lake view. The staff service and the food were very good. Security and the cleanliness at the property were very good. Overall it is a recommendable property.
