A very disappointing experience. We booked this SaffronStays villa for two nights, but ended up leaving a day early because no one informed us about the construction happening on the property. The constant drilling and noise made the stay unbearable — definitely not what you expect when you pay for a peaceful getaway. The food was equally underwhelming. The chapatis were soggy, and the overall meal quality felt careless and below basic standards. For the price and the brand, this was a letdown. Transparency and quality are the least a guest expects, and sadly, neither was delivered here.

Great View Admist Fores

Great Ambiance & Superb Hospitality. Our stay was exceptional & Sagar,Vamit & Ajay catered to all our needs. We stayed at the Ranwara executive rooms & it has a private balcony with great view,lots of greenery & birds chirping all around. Food is Authentic & taste is great exceeded our expectations, thanks to Chef Kamlesh. Pool is also very clean. Good for family & friends. We plan to visit again.

This is one of the best place to stay near Mumbai. Location is at a very prime place and the view is just awesome. Travelling - you experience both jungle and off roading. Loved the property. The food options at the property needs to be improved. If you are coming here ensure you carry extra food and snacks with as they have a very limited food options.

Food is not good and service they don’t provide its like manage on your own and they dont listen our wish for menu whatever they have we have to eat after spending this much amount so i dont like my stay that much here and location is so much outside thats why they are taking advantage of this

Only good thing about this property is its peaceful, else a big nightmare

I had an extremely uncomfortable, unexpected, and unprofessional experience at this property. Despite being a SaffronStays property, the staff was highly unprofessional. The stay was not only disappointing but also outright insulting—an experience I would never want to go through again

The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, going above and beyond to make sure our needs were met. The quality of food was outstanding, making us feel right at home. Overall, a wonderful experience and we would definitely recommend Raanwaara to those seeking a similar experience.

Location wise excellent but need to improve room service

Location was good (in jungle), but room service for any issues are not good, we have issues for bees came in the room from gap in the ceiling side, and we have to remove ourselves and spent an hour even after calling supervisor, also wifi issue which is manageable, food was excellent and food service in the room also good, very quire area

We had a very beautiful experience staying in raanawara cottage at aranya villas saffron stays. View from room was mesmerizing. Staffs were very helpful and polite. Well maintained property with beautiful garden and pool which had a great valley view.

Additionally, I was hoping for complimentary refreshments like tea/coffee sachets, which are standard in most staycations. That said, everything else was commendable—cleanliness, ambiance, and interior design were top-notch. The food was simple and decent, but there is room for improvement in terms of taste and variety.

Aranya vilas is a nature lovers haven located in the midst of a dense forest with narrow winding lanes. The wood and glass villa with it's luxurious cozy vibe left us totally rejuvenated. Loved the warm staff esp. Sagar who pampered us like family. And chef johnny treated us to some amazing vegetarian food. Regret our short stay and can't wait to go back to aranya vilas. Dr. Anju shah
