When we needed to adjust our booking last-minute, he accommodated us without hesitation. First of all it was not the entire apartment given to us. The caretaker has free access to the living area whenever he needed. There was no privacy. Generally when the full apartment is given on rent, it comes with the complete privacy with kitchen to access freely but here it was all chargeable. It was not at all the best place to live at.

Thank you sir for your review. We really appreciate your efforts to write us a review. It is clearly mentioned everywhere that caretaker stays there 24 hrs. I want to highlight one point here that It is not an rented apartment but a homestay and at close proximity to Shri kashi vishwanath temple and Dashaswamedh ghat. Yes, caretaker has free access to common areas which is kitchen as old people needs help with day to day schedule and being close to temple area it is necessary for us to provide best service possible. For the guest safety and our property safety + we are a licenced property which has some terms and conditions which needs to be followed as per the government guidelines. Coming to Chargeable on Kitchen uses sir it is necessary for us to maintain a guideline to use our kitchen, everything is provided there, our guests prefers to cook, make prasad so we have made a minimal charge of Rs.500 where every basis things like cylinder, kirtchen utensils, microwave, toaster, kettle, all necessary basic needful things are provided. We as a host face difficulty in regulating the kitchen use as our kitchen space gets damaged. last point to highlight here sir that in 6000 you have booked the property just 800m away from the temple with every service provided at your doorstep.
