Krushnai Residency - Ginger Cafe and Restaurant, Metgutad

Our stay for 3 days at this hotel was horrible. We were first allotted ac rooms in-spite of booking non ac rooms and were later asked to change causing lot of inconvenience. The toilet flush was not working. No bathroom mats outside the bathroom. Bedsheet and pillow covers were dirty. Hot water kettle when confirmed over phone was told is available however on arrival there was no kettle available in the rooms. The hotel staff were not at all cooperative.

Its an average stay,nothing much to tell about.No intercom so we have to call the reciptionist on his mobile number.Bathroom were no so clean.tv was not working.I met a terrible incident that no water was coming from taps in the morning 6 am.i was in toilet and no person was picking my phone.after sometime i called the other person he picked the call and i have to tell him that water tank in empty,pls fill the ungently.Then he started the motor and the i finished my thing.

Very good stay at krushnai residency. Room is spacious neat n clean. 24 hrs hot water. Good service but tv not working. Food @ ginger cafe is better but costly. Overall very good experience.

A perfect place to stay! food is delicious, hotel rooms are spacious (perfect for family stay, service is good and the staff is very attentive. The overall location is surrounded by hill view, greenery and good connectivity to visiting places in mahabaleshwar. Highly recommended for family and friends.

Pathetic food quality, super expensive food (rates are equivalent to a 4 star hotel, the room service never responds on phone / intercom - if you need anything you have to climb the stairs and visit the reception lobby, complimentary parle g biscuits that they provided with tea were expired and not consumable, also - tea that we ordered in room was cold like ice tea and tasted like someone has mixed yogurt in the tea. No invertor / generator backup, no refreshments in room, toilet flush doesn't works! not recommending this hotel to anyone!

Rooms are clean and view from the room was best, supportive staff, it also has a cafe which serve delicious food and ambience was nice. Totaly recommended.

Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had dinner. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.

It was a great experience at krushnai residency. Beautiful valley view. Their staff was very courteous and helpful. Food was excellent. Must try chinese food. Clean and spacious rooms. Overall great experience. Highly recommended to everyone.

Quality food good service polite staff and i recommend this place for family and friends be balanced and honest, avoid inappropriate language facilities and amenities is very good
