Hotel Orion Premiere

Hotel seems newly constructed. Centralised AC was not chilling even after keep at 19 *C. Buffet breakfast with very limited options. There is no AC effect in common areas and lobby, making it uncomfortable. There seems to be no restaurant and no menu book available in the Room. Rooms are quite comfortable and clean.

The pool was very clean and good. Rooms were neat and spacious. Ambience was very good. Buffet was not sufficient with items. Bathrooms were clean. Housekeeping was good. Reception staff were supportive

Hotel is not fully occupied by guests. An average hotel. No so many options in breakfast. A single day stay for business purpose is possible.

It is located near the cruise party's place where you can go easily by walk, food is not good but morning complementary breakfast is somewhat better, staff is so friendly and service is top notch.

Worst service staff was rude when never i am asking their is only one person no restaurant food quality was also not nice waste of money

Was not allowed early check in. My voucher clearly stated upto 3 hours prior early check subject to availability. And they had rooms and i was asked by the reception to pay extra for early check in

The stay was ok in orion premium because the room was good but the food was not good, the swimming pool was in a very bad condition using the pool is secondary but it was not possible to enter into the pool only. So the overall stay is just average.

Orion hotel for not confortable in room

Our stay is very good staff and facilities are very much upto the mark. Breakfast buffet is good and have variety of eatables with good taste and presentation was also good. I will recommend my friends for the lovely stay.

Location is just great and hotel is good to stay. No complaints, staff is good and courteous. Good place to stay with family.

There was no proper cleaning in room at the time of check in. Seepage water was spilled over surface. No response from room service after 3-4 calls. Very ordinary breakfast.

Day manger will make you feel really uncomfortable, book only if your check in and check-out is at night

The hotel had such nice location but the whole experience was just average. The room head board was broken but they fixed. They can do so much more.
