Ac was not working and there is no Tv and washroom is also separate. I have wasted my money.

I have booked with attach bathroom room and they provide me savior room and ac is not working

When I reaches then sweeper cleans the wash room and room, but it should be prior preparation.
Wash room was not attached with room. It should be attached.
